Mentor Summary: Sanjay Mullasseri
Sanjay Mullasseri is a former First-Class cricketer for Tamil Nadu who has transitioned into a highly credentialed and innovative coaching career. After an eight-season playing career and five years coaching the Tamil Nadu Men's Senior Team, he is now a BCCI Certified Level 3 Coach and a Coach Educator at the BCCI Centre of Excellence.
What distinguishes Sanjay is his holistic, science-driven approach to player and coach development. He holds specialized certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Sports Psychology, and Biomechanics. His coaching philosophy bridges traditional technical skill-building with modern performance science, encompassing video analysis, planning and periodisation, mental resilience, and individual player development.
Currently, Sanjay is dedicated to modernizing cricket education across India. Through comprehensive education programs, workshops, and mentoring, his ongoing mission is to empower aspiring coaches, academy owners, former players, and parents by integrating high-tech coaching methodologies and behavioral understanding into the modern game.
